





We are a telecommunications company looking for a **Senior IT Technology Tenders Specialist** with the following responsibilities: * Provide technological and commercial advice to public sector clients. * Design and implement IT solutions, focusing on Cybersecurity, Networks \& Communications, and Data Center. * Manage and expand the state client portfolio. * Prepare technical and economic proposals for bidding and awarding processes with the government. * Prepare budgets related to the offered solutions. * Permanently coordinate with departments involved in implementation and collections management. * Carry out after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage the sales pipeline and prepare sales forecasts. * Conduct field visits and periodic meetings with clients. * Fulfill other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications. * Desirable: specialization in Sales, government contracting, and Fortinet, CCNA and/or ITIL certifications. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and management of public sector client portfolios. * At least 6 months of pre-sales experience (design, sizing, and technical structuring in telecommunications and networks) or project coordination.
