This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Position Mission:** Manage and drive brand projects forward to maintain a strong relationship with the client, clearly communicating requirements to the internal team. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure client requirements are met within established delivery timelines. * Maintain clear and effective communication with both the client and internal team. * Properly organize and define client needs and relay them to the internal team. * Manage platforms such as Asana for task organization and assignment. * Monitor execution of assigned projects to guarantee quality deliveries aligned with set objectives. * Carefully review spelling and quality of materials to ensure no errors occur. * Stay updated on trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing to provide accurate feedback and valuable solutions to the client or internal team. * Lead client meetings for reporting presentations, campaigns, and project status updates. * Prepare budget estimates for requested projects within their account. * Identify opportunities for additional services that can be offered to the brand to enhance performance. * Carry out content planning/distribution for the brand according to digital strategy and contracted resources. * Advise the client to guide them toward making the most favorable decisions for their brand. * Ensure brand projects are well-organized by properly archiving files and safeguarding important documents on platforms like DRIVE. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Writing and spelling skills * Assertive communication * Problem-solving ability **Requirements:** * Must reside in Lima, Peru. * Bachelor's degree or graduate of Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of digital marketing. * Basic knowledge of content creation, graphic design, and video editing (will not create content, design, or edit directly, but necessary to provide feedback to their team). * Thorough understanding of trends and operations of major social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn). * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. * Basic level of Asana and Excel. * Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience in the role. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career development path * Free training * Opportunity to work with leading brands where you can fully develop your proposals. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. * The position is hybrid. * EPS health insurance; the company covers 25%. * Day off: We give you 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: You only work until 12:00 pm on your birthday or on any day you choose to redeem it!
