Send your CV and Unique Employment Certificate to: administracionawqaconcept@awqahoteles.com **Responsibilities:** · Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly, courteously, and efficiently. · Ensure orders are delivered quickly, with quality, and as requested by waitstaff or customers. · Prepare and organize workstations, ensuring all utensils and supplies are available to facilitate service. · Restock the breakfast buffet station according to demand. · Supervise and carry out necessary tasks to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the dining and service areas. · Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered on time. · Assist in organizing and attending to special events at the hotel, guaranteeing excellent service at all times. · Properly manage waste generated in the service area, following established regulations. · Submit monthly supply requests according to operational needs. · Prepare cocktails according to orders. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Technical or higher education in fields related to gastronomy or customer service. · **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or similar roles in restaurants or hotels. · **Knowledge and skills:** o Knowledge of customer service and public interaction techniques. o Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. o Organizational and teamwork skills. o Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage service. **Other requirements:** · Proactive, responsible, and punctual attitude. · Commitment to service quality and excellence. · Good personal presentation and communication skills. · Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. · Availability for rotation; not for students. **Working conditions:** · **Work location:** Awqa Hoteles – Natasha Branch · **Schedule:** Shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm · **Type of contract:** Permanent · **Benefits:** Permanent contract from the first day, statutory benefits, others.
