A leading company in the textile sector dedicated to the production of fishing nets is currently seeking **Machine Assistants** to join their team in **Cercado de Lima**. Working hours: Weekly rotating shifts with Sundays off: * 6:30 am – 2:30 pm * 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm * 10:30 pm – 6:30 am Main responsibilities: * Assist in spooling and braiding processes (loading and unloading spools). * Replenish materials to ensure continuous production. * Support weaving operations (loading shuttles, changing warp threads in netting). * Unload, weigh, and transport finished nets. * Prepare waste containers. * Maintain area organization and cleanliness. * Report any machine anomalies to supervisors or maintenance technicians. Requirements: * Minimum education: completed primary school. * Desired qualities: responsibility, commitment, punctuality, and willingness to learn. * No previous experience required.
