Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Store Assistant to manage orders, maintain product organization, and perform operational tasks in minimarkets. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting Multifunctional Store Assistants for our hidden stores / minimarkets located in Miraflores. Latin America’s SuperApp promotes inclusion and equal opportunity in accordance with applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and prepare orders entered via the application. * Perform picking, packing, and handover of orders to the assigned rider. * Maintain store order and proper product placement. * Conduct assigned cyclic counts and inventories. * Verify correct receipt and quality control of merchandise. * Ensure appropriate product rotation and shrinkage control. * Support operational functions related to store operations. **Requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. * A fixed schedule of 2\-11 p.m. may be possible if you are studying. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. * Availability for full-time employment. * Prior experience in customer service, retail, warehouse, or other operational roles is desirable. * If you lack experience, we will train you! **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from your first working day. * Statutory benefits. * Corporate benefits. * Internal discounts. * Growth and development opportunities. * Positive work environment. * Career progression path available within your first 3 to 6 months. * Other incentives.
