





We are looking for a Personnel Management Assistant, responsible for providing support in administrative processes, payroll management, document management, and employee assistance. **What do you need to work with us?** Firstly, enthusiasm and passion for what you do. Additionally: * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources roles. * Intermediate to Advanced English level (Desirable) * Knowledge of the BUK platform (Required) * Knowledge in benefits administration, labor regulations compliance, and accounting and human resources software. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and keep updated employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements. * Monitor renewals of employment contracts and manage employee vacation requests. * Manage and recover subsidies. * Ensure contract renewal processes are carried out timely and in compliance with current legislation. * Calculate payroll, social benefits, and issue payment slips using BUK. * Perform AFP declarations and PDT PLAME filings. * Ensure the company complies with occupational safety regulations, maintain updated records of RIT and RISST, and monitor occupational and pre-employment medical exams. * Draft and issue memorandums and documents related to human resources activities and other company departments. * Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions with public or private entities on key topics such as workplace safety and health, work-related stress, mental health, among others. * Update and manage organizational documentation (job profiles, organizational charts, job descriptions, and structural changes). **What do we offer?** * Be part of an innovative and constantly growing international company. * Take charge of your professional and personal development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, and challenging projects. * 100% employer-covered EPS health insurance. * Working hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (hybrid schedule).
