FUNCTIONS: * Ensure the safety and well-being of visitors in pool areas. * Continuously supervise the assigned area to prevent accidents. * Act immediately and effectively in any emergency situation. * Provide basic first aid when necessary. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with security and paramedic staff. REQUIREMENTS: * Immediate availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with one day off per week). * Current certification as a lifeguard or water rescue personnel. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles (pools, clubs, water parks, or beaches). * Knowledge of first aid and aquatic rescue. * Good physical condition, responsibility, and service vocation. * Reside in areas adjacent to San Juan de Miraflores, Surco, Chorrillos, Villa El Salvador, or Villa María del Triunfo.
