NO FIXED PAYMENT * Possibility of career advancement within the consulting firm. * Flexible schedules, adapted to your academic availability. **FUNCTIONS:** * Mass recruitment: assist in job posting and contacting applicants. * Candidate follow-up throughout the entire process (medical exam, training, onboarding). * Recruitment 4.0: active candidate search and job posting on social media and job boards. * Conduct screening interviews for mass operational positions. * Filling out and updating candidate records, as well as recording indicators and candidate shortlists. * Assist with other tasks assigned by the Selection Manager and/or Selection Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS** * Residence: Must live in the Ate, Santa Clara area. * Academic Background: Being in the final cycles of a Psychology degree, completing internships or practical training. * Connectivity: Have a reliable internet connection and mobile phone. * Schedule Availability: Ability to work fixed hours from Monday to Saturday. * Skills and Attitudes: Positive attitude, commitment, responsibility, creativity, and experience using social media and job boards.
