P **PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics * 1 year of experience in production (must provide work certificates validating the experience) * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among three shifts: Morning (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 07:00 AM) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate assigned equipment and/or machinery in the area to meet previously established work schedules * Identify and/or manage the correction of basic operational issues with assigned equipment to ensure continuous operation according to required quality, safety, and appearance standards * Execute established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines * Perform autonomous maintenance activities on machines within the work area to ensure compliance with maintenance programs and equipment reliability * Carry out assigned tasks during product process changes and sanitation procedures as defined in the production schedule, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and planned timelines * Ensure and/or execute compliance with HSE management system standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support company objectives * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in company processes, according to company needs, procedures, and policies * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: Formal employment contract \+ competitive salary (General Regime) \+ statutory benefits \+ company benefits * Dynamic work environment, performed under pressure and in teams.
