P **PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics * 1 year of experience in production (must provide work certificates validating the experience) * Availability to work 8-hour shifts and rotate weekly among three shifts: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate assigned equipment and/or machinery in the area to meet previously established work schedules. * Identify and/or manage correction of basic operational issues with assigned equipment to ensure operational continuity according to required quality, food safety, and appearance standards. * Execute established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Perform autonomous maintenance activities on machines within the work area to ensure compliance with maintenance programs and equipment reliability. * Carry out assigned tasks during product process changes and sanitation procedures as defined in the production schedule, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and planned timelines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with HSE management system standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support company objectives. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, according to company needs, procedures, and policies. * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: On payroll + competitive salary (General Regime) + statutory benefits + company benefits. * Dynamic work environment, under pressure, and team-oriented.
