Important MYPE company dedicated to embroidery of imported caps, sold wholesale and retail, is looking for a professional to take charge of the production area. **Main Functions:** * Monitor production plans, ensuring execution of activities in textile garment manufacturing processes. * Define productive capacity of the production area (embroidery, finishing and graphic design), calculating costs and conducting time studies. * Supervise work performed by plant workers, addressing their needs and requirements. * Supervise maintenance of the production area, ensuring proper operation and integrity of all equipment and machinery (preventive and corrective maintenance). * Prevent any incidents involving materials, losses or deterioration. * Analysis and control of shrinkage. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience managing production processes in textile companies (essential). **Knowledge:** * Control of textile embroidery machinery and equipment. * Control of efficiencies and productive performance. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (macros ideal) **Education:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering or related fields. **Working Conditions:** * Contract under MYPE regime. * Monday to Friday: 08:30 am \- 06:30 pm / Saturdays from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm Job type: Full-time Application questions: * What are your salary expectations? * Excel proficiency level * What kind of textile production have you handled? * How many people have you supervised? * Do you have experience in controlling efficiencies and productivity? * Have you performed cost calculations? * Have you carried out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines? * Have you worked with scheduling on embroidery machines?
