**Company Description:** Tensco is a Peruvian company with active presence for the past 10 years, serving the mining, oil, construction, agriculture, and government sectors, undertaking large-scale architecture and infrastructure projects. **Job Mission:** Add value to projects through customized and innovative architectural designs and proposals for our clients. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare presentations for technical and commercial proposals. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and/or direct clients regarding quotation scope and specifications. * Conduct technical site visits for measurements and data collection. * Monitor ongoing production projects, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and specifications. * Review project drawings and documents to extract all necessary information for economic or technical proposals. * Provide technical support during project phases (drawings, documentation). * Submit monthly project reports to immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate or undergraduate Architect. * Advanced-level proficiency in Rhinoceros or similar software. (**Essential**). * Advanced-level proficiency in Enscape or similar rendering software.
