Manage available resources and lead coordination among teams to guarantee efficient execution aligned with project objectives. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage administrative and contractual matters. * Coordinate client relations. * Supervise service technical aspects. * Monitor service quality. * Optimize resources. * Lead work teams. * Coordinate with disciplines: Civil, Geotechnical, Electrical and others. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Graduated professionals in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related fields (licensed). * Minimum verifiable 15 years of experience in similar roles. * Desirable experience in Mining. * Experience in electromechanical project development; project control and report preparation. * Knowledge of mining processes. * Experience leading work teams. * Must reside in Lima or Callao. * Availability for occasional travel as required by the project. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility and commitment. * Availability to work in hybrid office mode: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
