At QATA, we are looking for a meticulous **Architect/Civil Quality Engineer** to ensure our projects meet the highest technical and regulatory standards. This role is essential for traceability and control, requiring a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage two projects in parallel within the same building. **What will you do in this role?** * Develop, implement, and supervise the **Construction Quality Plan**. * Conduct inspections, audits, and technical controls at all construction stages. * Lead the **execution and closure of the Quality Dossier**. * Apply **BIM tools** (Revit, Navisworks or others) to verify interferences and monitor construction processes. * Manage quality documentation (protocols, compliance records, inspection reports). * Coordinate resolution of non-conformities with Production and Supervision teams. * Issue technical quality progress reports. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Graduated and licensed **Architect or Civil Engineer**. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** in space implementation, building, or civil works projects. * **Specialization:** Proven experience in executing **Quality Dossiers** and working on **projects larger than 500 m²**. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **BIM** applied to quality control. * Advanced knowledge of **Office and AutoCAD**. * Familiarity with Peruvian technical standards and construction regulations. * **Availability:** Full availability to work the **night shift** (Mon-Fri, 8 PM - 5 AM) and capable of managing **two projects simultaneously**. * **Desirable Competency:** Certification in quality management (ISO 9001, Lean Construction or related).
