Job Description: At **VIZU**, an aesthetic clinic located in **Santiago de Surco**, we are looking for a **receptionist/assistant with excellent presentation, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills**, who will represent the premium experience we offer from the very first contact with our patients. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in customer service (ideally in clinics, aesthetic centers, luxury retail, or medical offices). * Excellent spelling, written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in digital tools: **WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, basic Excel, social media**. * Strong **organizational, multitasking, and patient follow-up abilities**. * Professional presence and problem-solving attitude. * Availability for on-site work in Surco (Monday to Saturday). * Desirable: experience in scheduling, billing, and appointment closing. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide warm and professional in-person service to patients. * Manage the **appointment schedule** and coordinate with the medical and nursing team. * Respond and follow up via **WhatsApp and phone calls** with new and returning patients. * Assist in basic administrative tasks and payment tracking/small cash control. * Provide information about treatments (training provided). * Represent VIZU's values: order, empathy, and excellence. **WE OFFER** * Ongoing training. * Professional and modern work environment. * Opportunity for growth within an expanding clinic.
