We are currently looking for a Field Recruiter to join our Human Resources team RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Recruit personnel for various required operational positions \- Design and implement mass recruitment strategies \- Manage field activities (distributing flyers, posting job notices at markets, attending job fairs, conducting employment activations with institutions) \- Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other local platforms \- Record daily progress (candidates contacted, candidates interviewed) \- Keep applicant databases updated by channel or source \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing mass field recruitment, job boards, and social media \- Experience in mass recruitment for operational profiles (preferably in cleaning sector – not exclusive) \- Good oral and written communication skills \- Availability to travel within Lima and Callao BENEFITS: \- Professional growth \- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (80% field – 20% office) Position type: Full-time Send CV to number: 908834800 Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site
