**TRAVEL AGENCY** is looking for a **Sales and Ticketing Advisor** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Tourism. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in travel agencies.** * Proficiency with **GDS and NDC reservation systems** or similar. * Familiarity with digital tools for customer management and online sales. * Intermediate level in Excel and Word. * **Intermediate English proficiency** (spoken and written). **Working Conditions:** * **Gross salary \+ Commissions.** * **Mype payroll regime:** Half bonus, half CTS, 15 days of vacation, family allowance, and retirement insurance. * Availability to work onsite in the district of **La Molina**, from **Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities:** * Advise and sell travel packages, airline tickets, and complementary services to national and international clients. * Recommend destinations, seasons, and travel experiences according to customer needs. * Prepare quotations, itineraries, and reservations (including ticket issuance and reissuance via GDS, NDC, or similar systems). * Handle inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, call center). * Guide customers to optimize their investment and resolve travel-related doubts. * Meet sales targets and promote customer loyalty and repeat purchases. * Stay updated on destinations, trends, and promotions within the tourism industry.
