**Sales Manager – Call Center** **Lola by Yas Services** and **Grupo LABHIS**, companies with over 15 years of experience in the field of **natural supplements and international telemarketing (USA and Puerto Rico)**, are seeking a **Sales Manager** with solid experience leading high-performance teams in **B2C commercial call centers**. We are looking for a **sales-driven leader**, results-oriented, capable of **motivating, training, and managing teams** focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of **10 to 15 sales advisors**, ensuring daily and monthly goals are met. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators: **conversion rate, effectiveness, retention, and goal achievement**. * Implement **sales and motivational strategies** to enhance team performance. * Coordinate with **verification, social media, and logistics departments** to optimize processes and improve customer experience. * Provide **continuous training and sales coaching** on closing techniques and effective communication. * Audit calls and accompany agents during the sales process, identifying improvement opportunities and intervening when necessary. * Ensure compliance with **sales targets and quality standards**, working under pressure with a focus on results. **Requirements** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as **Telesales Supervisor or Sales Manager** (preferably in B2C call centers). * Proficiency in **sales techniques, leadership, and sales coaching**. * Proven ability to **work under pressure and target-based environments**. * Experience in **direct sales and continuous training of sales teams**. * Knowledge of **sales audits, KPI tracking, and CRM systems**. * Availability to work **on-site in Miraflores – Full Time**. **We Offer** * **Fixed salary:** S/ 2,000 * **Commissions and bonuses in USD** based on goal achievement. * **Working hours: Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **/ Saturday:** 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **Location:** Calle Enrique Palacios, Miraflores (three blocks from Av.
