We are looking for **Customer Service Advisors** for an **in-person** campaign in the **night shift**. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide support to users through written channels (chat). * Resolve doubts, inquiries, or issues related to services. * Offer appropriate solutions and log cases according to internal procedures. **Working conditions:** * Fixed contract for 3 months. * Paid virtual training for 9 days (Monday to Friday, from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.). * Contract signed upon completion of training. * Base salary: **S/1,300 per month** \+ **night shift bonus**. * Additional bonuses: * **S/200 for meeting performance indicators.** * **S/400 hiring bonus.** * Biweekly payments and full payroll benefits from day one. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., 8-hour shifts \+ 1-hour break). * One rotating day off per week. * Work on holidays according to the calendar. * Location: **Chacarilla – Av.
