




Lead and enhance the commercial management of the telemarketing team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, development of the sales force, and continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and motivate the telesales team, guiding them toward achieving sales results. * Monitor and improve effectiveness indicators (successful contact rate, sales closure, conversion ratio). * Implement sales strategies to maximize company product sales. * Continuously track call quality and adherence to sales protocols. * Provide feedback and training to the team on persuasion techniques, objection handling, and closing skills. * Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. * Coordinate with marketing and operations departments to enhance commercial productivity. Requirements: * Technical degree, graduate or bachelor's level education. * Previous experience in sales or telemarketing team supervision (essential). * Strong sales orientation and leadership ability. * Knowledge of performance management and sales metrics. * Communication, negotiation, and team management skills. * University degree is not required. Conditions: * On-site work in Lince, Lima. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Salary: S/ 2000 base + up to S/ 1,500 in commissions (average income S/ 3,500).
