We are seeking a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing Assistant. **Job Responsibilities** * Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads. * Plan and schedule weekly social media publications (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok if applicable). * Write and design graphic or visual content (infographics, carousels, reels, etc.). * Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with sales objectives and coordinate digital actions at points of sale. * Produce on-site content (photos, videos, short interviews) at construction sites, trade shows, or production plants. * Participate in and organize customer-facing marketing initiatives. * Assist in BTL campaigns, activations, and promotional materials in stores. * Support coordination with external vendors and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the website (SEO, usability, traffic). * Participate in the planning and execution of events and trade fairs within the textile and footwear sector. * Appear on camera as the voice/face of the brand or direct/edit other team members or UGC creators. * Stay updated on social trends and platform changes. * Prepare digital reports suggesting improvements for each platform. **What Do We Expect From You?** * Completed technical or university studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail, textile, or industrial sectors. **Knowledge and Experience in:** * Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM. * Design and audiovisual tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, G-Suite, Canva, CapCut, CRM. * Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting. * Social media management tools and metric analysis: Metricool. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. **At Huguito You Will Enjoy:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Opportunities for professional growth within a solid company. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Participation in innovative projects with high commercial impact.
