**Job Opening: Design and Advertising Assistant** **Department:** Commercial **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Trujillo **Position Description:** We are looking for a Design and Advertising Assistant responsible for delivering clear and effective messages through attractive visual resources that strengthen brand identity. This role involves creating and adapting graphic and audiovisual content, ensuring visual consistency across all company communication channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Designing graphic materials for social media, advertisements, presentations, among others. * Developing materials for digital and offline marketing campaigns. * Ensuring brand visual consistency across all channels. * Editing and creating short videos for campaigns. * Image retouching for different platforms. * Adapting visual assets for events and conferences. * Organizing and maintaining the graphic resource library. * Designing presentations for internal and external use. * Updating customer database. * Analyzing visual competition and generating proposals. * Performing periodic file backups. * Other duties assigned by the marketing coordination team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * Additional studies in design or digital marketing are desirable. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software. * Knowledge of video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). * Skilled in social media management. * Creative ability, aesthetic sense, and strong communication skills.
