**Job Description** At **Adelgaza Perú**, we are looking for an **Audiovisual Content Creator specialized in organic advertising**, passionate about delivering fresh and emotional messages through videos. Your mission will be to **create organic audiovisual content for social media** (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) that achieves virality, engagement, and brand trust, **without the need for paid promotion**. **Responsibilities** * Design, record, and edit **organic ads** (reels, TikToks, stories, testimonials, informative videos). * Generate creative ideas based on viral trends and storytelling. * Adapt content to different formats (vertical, square, and horizontal). * Collaborate with the marketing and nutrition teams to convey clear and persuasive messages. * Maintain a fresh, natural, and emotional style in every production. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in **creating audiovisual content for social media with an organic focus**. * Proficiency in editing software (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or others). * Knowledge of digital trends and viral formats. * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. **WORK HOURS:** * **Monday to Friday** from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break). * **Saturdays** from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
