Requirements: * Currently enrolled or graduated from university or technical programs in Communications, Advertising, and/or Audiovisual Studies. * High levels of creativity, proactivity, and RESPONSIBILITY. * Experience in social media formats is desirable. * Desirable: Availability for in-person, full-time work Monday through Friday, 9am \- 6pm. * Knowledge of shooting and editing styles for Reels and TikTok. * **Mandatory: Residency in districts of Northern Lima.** * **Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop.** * Desirable: Adobe After Effects, Lightroom, and CapCut. * **Mandatory: Operation of audiovisual equipment.** * Portfolio: Submit link to your reel or audiovisual pieces to Talento@marketearte.pe. Responsibilities: * Support in pre-production development. * Support during filming for creation of audiovisual content. * Support during photo shoots. * Support in post-production of audiovisual material. * Creative proposals for reels and TikToks. * Other duties as required within the field.
