Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Audiovisual Specialist with experience in producing and editing content for digital performance. Key Highlights: 1. We work with companies aiming to scale customer acquisition through integrated digital strategies, with a direct focus on business outcomes. We are looking for an audiovisual professional to serve as an AUDIOVISUAL SPECIALIST—creative-minded and results-oriented—with proven experience in producing and editing performance-driven digital content. RESPONSIBILITIES Video production and editing for digital campaigns (short-form and long-form). Photo editing and retouching (product, corporate, and advertising). On-location and/or studio audiovisual content recording. Adaptation of assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages. Visual content optimization with a focus on performance (CTR, retention, engagement). Organization and management of the audiovisual content library. Collaborative work with marketing and media planning teams. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in video and photo editing. Proficiency in audiovisual editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar). Experience filming with professional cameras and lighting setup. Experience producing content for social media and digital campaigns. Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables. An up-to-date portfolio is mandatory. DESIRABLE Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Experience with performance marketing–oriented content. Basic audio skills (recording and cleanup). Experience in visual branding or art direction. CONDITIONS On-site, full-time position. **Location:** San Miguel, Lima. Must reside in Lima.
