An important company is looking for FRONT LOADER OPERATORS. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Salary of S/ 2,500 + S/ 300 food card bonus. * 100% covered meals (lunch or dinner as applicable). * MONTHLY PAYMENTS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform pre-use inspection (checklist) of the front loader. * Unload concentrate from railcars, gondolas, and units without lifting pistons using a rake according to established procedures. * Transfer and homogeneously mix concentrates according to established procedures. * Transport and prepare concentrates according to established procedures. * Re-weigh concentrates according to established procedures. * Compact concentrates according to established procedures. * Fill containers with concentrate, pile up, screen, and compact as per respective procedures, provided authorization is held. * Safely and correctly use equipment such as rakes, forks, buckets, quick couplers, screens, and others, provided authorization is held. * Use the daily logbook during the work shift (record working hours, greasing, anomalies, etc.). * Practice defensive driving and comply with mobile equipment standards set by the U.L.C. unit. * Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment (communication radios, etc.) provided for work. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role * Hold a **valid driver's license** * Possess a front loader operator training certificate * Experience in mineral handling is desirable * Experience operating CAT 966 or 980 front loaders * Must pass the operation test.
