A solid and important Peruvian company, distributor and marketer of home and industrial products with over 28 years in the market in Lima and provinces, is looking for a **Content Manager** with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * 2 to 4 years of experience in digital content management, digital marketing, SEO, and social media. * **Skills**: excellent writing, spelling, and storytelling abilities. * **Content**: creation and editing of multimedia materials (videos, reels, stories, blogs, images). * **Tools**: proficiency in WordPress, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut Pro, or similar. * **Management**: ability to coordinate creative teams and meet deadlines. * **Profile**: age 25–35, gender不限, residing in areas close to the company. * **Desirable**: experience in retail, decoration, home goods, or mid-to-high price point products. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Define and execute content strategy by identifying target audiences, formats, and appropriate channels. * Design and manage an editorial calendar focused on audiovisual content (videos, reels, lives, stories, digital campaigns). * Coordinate with the design team to create value propositions and viral content. * Lead content recording at stores, showrooms, and client projects. * Write creative scripts and develop visual storytelling for each production. * Direct product and decorative setting photo shoots. * Coordinate with the design department to produce animations and creative viral assets. * Manage and optimize content across various platforms (website, blogs, social media, email marketing). * Optimize audiovisual content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns. * Measure and analyze content performance, proposing continuous improvements. * Humanize the brand through videos that emotionally connect with customers. * Support the marketing department in specific campaigns (anniversaries, product launches, promotions).
