A company specialized in Fire Protection Systems Engineering and Projects, Fire & Gas Systems, Mechanical Ventilation and Environmental Control is seeking a DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT in Surco. Requirements:  Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related fields.  At least 1 year of experience in marketing.  Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic and audiovisual design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).  Must have your own equipment (laptop).  Availability to work on-site in Surco (near Universidad Ricardo Palma), Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Responsibilities:  Participate in the development of Strategic Plans and Operational Plans for Commercial Management.  Comply with the company's internal rules and procedures.  Assist in designing, executing, and monitoring the marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.  Support monitoring ongoing and periodic advertising campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.  Assist in implementing new processes and systems to optimize marketing management.  Monitor digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.  Assist in participating in industrial fairs, conferences, webinars, and training sessions for clients and distributors.  Assist in coordinating with representatives and suppliers.  Contribute to the corporate blog.  Perform other immediate tasks.  Comply with the rules, procedures, and Internal Work Regulations established by the Company.
