




Our client, an important cultural institution in the country, is seeking a communications assistant for its various media channels. Responsibilities: * Support the Communications and Press Coordinator in implementing production and communication plans for each event held at the institution, planned differently depending on the type of audience involved (invitation-only, open attendance, specific audiences e.g. masterclasses) * Assist in event production and supervise real-time event execution. * Monitor the proper functioning of assigned spaces, including rooms, audiovisual equipment, furniture, and other necessary logistical elements for the event. * Quality control of delivered communication materials. * Prepare and submit final event reports to the Administration Secretariat, including attendee numbers and press coverage assessment. * Manage invitation processes and follow-up by creating attendee lists for required events. * Registration, accreditation, and monitoring of participant, speaker, and audience entry and exit during assigned events. Requirements: * 4 years of experience in event planning and production, or in administration. * At least 1 year of experience in communications. * Completed university studies (Administration, Event Production, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). * Experience in cultural, educational, or diplomatic institutions is desirable. * Intermediate level of Italian language proficiency. * Proficient in email, Office suite, and graphic creation tools.
