We are looking for a creative Filmmaker to develop and produce audiovisual content focused on personal branding. The individual will be responsible for planning, recording, and editing videos that strategically convey identity and values, enhancing presence on social networks and digital media. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and coordinate recording sessions according to the personal branding strategy. * Create scripts and visual proposals that communicate identity, values, and communication objectives. * Record, edit, and post-produce videos (reels, interviews, informational capsules, short documentaries, etc.). * Manage lighting, audio, framing, and set design to achieve professional results. * Perform professional photography to strengthen the brand's visual identity. * Propose trends, innovative formats, and creative styles for social networks and digital media. * Ensure visual consistency across all produced materials. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or undergraduate student in Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Communication, Audiovisual Production and Direction, Communication and Advertising, Graphic Design and Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience as a filmmaker, videographer, or audiovisual producer (minimum 2 years). * Experience in editing professional videos and photographs. * Proficiency in using professional cameras, recording equipment, and lighting. * Drone operation skills for aerial shots (certification desirable). * Solid knowledge in editing, color grading, audiovisual scripting, and post-production. * Advanced proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or others). * Knowledge of storytelling, personal branding, and digital communication. * Creativity, proactivity, innovation, and attention to detail. * Availability to travel: \- To provinces by plane. \- Short distances using company vehicle. \- Travel expenses covered by the company.
