Main responsibilities: * Planning and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok * Managing Meta Ads campaigns (targeting, setup, optimization) * Producing audiovisual content (reels, videos, photos) * Graphic design for social media and promotions * Analyzing metrics (engagement, CTR, ROI) * Scheduling posts and managing editorial calendar What we need: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital content and advertising * Proficiency in Meta Ads * Portfolio or social media showing previous work * Excellent writing and spelling skills * Passion for the beauty/aesthetics industry * Continuous on-site availability **COMPENSATION – FORMAL EMPLOYMENT** **S/1200 – S/.1400** Job type: Part-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,400.00 per month Expected hours: 5 per week Work location: On-site job
