This collective has been working to position YAEP on the country's public and political agenda. As part of this effort, the Toda Tu Vida campaign was launched, aiming to position YAEP on the public and political agenda, raise citizen awareness, and mobilize social, political, and economic actors to commit to building policies, programs, and budgets in this area. To ensure proper guidance and supervision of the implementation of this campaign, DVV International requires hiring a consultant to provide technical and communication assistance, ensuring clear, creative, and relevant messaging. **3\. Objective of the service:** Provide strategic and communication guidance for the implementation of the Toda Tu Vida campaign, in order to position youth and adult education on the country's public and political agenda through clear, creative, and impactful messages. **4\. Description of the service:** The service provider will be responsible for carrying out the following activities: \- Participate in meetings of the Youth and Adult Education Advocacy Group, providing communication support for the Toda Tu Vida campaign. \- Provide assistance and guidance on the creative and communication line of the campaign messages. \- Supervise the production of graphic, audiovisual, and digital materials in coordination with the communications team. \- Monitor the implementation of the campaign, providing feedback to the team. \- Establish and maintain contact with media outlets to position youth and adult education on the agenda. \- Lead meetings with communication teams and/or communicators from institutions within the Advocacy Group. **5\. Duration of the service:** The service will last 59 calendar days, starting October 1 and ending November 28. **6\. Required experience or competencies:** \- Professional degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Communication, Development Communication, or related fields. \- Proven experience of at least five (5) years as head or manager of communications in public sector institutions. \- Proven experience of at least three (3) years in designing and implementing communication campaigns with a social focus. \- Knowledge in political communication, supported by at least two (2) previous experiences. **7\.
