Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in branding, digital marketing, and traditional media. * Knowledge in graphic design, branding, market research, social media, audiovisual production, and commercial management. * Skills: leadership, planning, creativity, strategic thinking, and team management ability. * Availability to work in **San Juan de Lurigancho** Responsibilities: * Plan and execute marketing and advertising strategies. * Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all channels. * Coordinate and supervise digital and traditional campaigns. * Conduct market studies and competitive analysis. * Supervise the creation of graphic and audiovisual content. * Monitor marketing KPIs and present reports to General Management. * Coordinate with suppliers and ensure the quality of advertising materials.
