The goal is to contribute to the **strategic positioning of Oftálmica** with our key stakeholders: **insurance companies, businesses, and laboratories**. **What will you do?** * **Graphic and audiovisual design** for social media, events, and internal communications. * **Management of digital content** on website, landing pages, and social channels. * **Coordination of photo sessions and video production.** * **Supervision of proper brand usage** and updating of the brand identity manual. * **Organization of commercial events** and institutional presence at fairs, talks, and check-ups. * **Monitoring of digital reputation** and support in mailing/SMS campaigns. * **Competitive analysis, generation of indicators, and commercial presentations.** * **Maintenance of key databases** (customers, leads, companies, insurers). **What are we looking for?** **Academic background:** * Technical or university studies in **Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing**, or related fields. * Desirable to have completed complementary courses in design, audiovisual production, and digital marketing. * IMPORTANT: Attach your **portfolio of work** or links to projects completed (PDF, Behance, Drive, etc.) **Skills and tools:** * Proficiency with design tools such as **Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator** (at least one of them). * Video editing using **CapCut** or similar software. * Familiarity with social networks: **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook**, and other digital platforms. * Good visual sense, creativity, and ability to adapt to digital trends. **What do we offer?** * Payroll inclusion under the **general regime** from day one * All **legal benefits** * Excellent working environment * Professional growth opportunities **Position details** * **Work mode:** Hybrid * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Work location:** San Borja Norte * **Availability:** Immediate * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,000 (depending on evaluation) **We want to see what you can create!
