Event and trade show company is looking for a professional to work in event production. ***Requirements*** * Graduate professional in communications, marketing or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in event production, TV programs or BTL agencies. * Immediate availability. * Ability to work under pressure. ***Responsibilities*** * Overall production of events and trade shows organized by the company. * Support in communication planning. Pre-production: planning, coordination, assistance in tracking municipal permits, apdayc, unimpro, among others. * Coordination with suppliers, commercial partnerships, and exchanges. * Management of schedules for activities and activations within in-person events. * Support in identifying new participating brands and/or experiences for events. * Address client or participating brand needs together with the general production team. * Event logistics: setup and dismantling of events.
