Audiovisual Production Company Catorce\&Seis continues to grow and is looking to add a passionate **Production Assistant** to its team, someone enthusiastic about the audiovisual world, highly proactive, with strong problem-solving and reaction capabilities. **Requirements:** * High school graduate or completed technical or university studies in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Communications, or related fields * 1 year of experience performing similar duties * Basic knowledge of editing software such as Adobe (Illustrator and Premiere) (desirable) * Intermediate level in Excel or Google Sheets\-Drive **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the planning and organization of audiovisual productions (institutional videos, TV programs) * Coordinate casting calls for actors, extras, and locations * Develop and update filming schedules and agendas * Manage shooting logistics (transportation, catering, equipment, permits) * Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams * Supervise the set and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards * Maintain organized databases and documentation * Monitor and report production expenses * Safeguard audiovisual materials and documents * Facilitate communication with actors, technical crew, and clients **Benefits:** * Be part of a growing production company * Positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development alongside the company Work Schedule: In-person from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm; Saturdays half-day remotely.
