Position Description Mission: Perform basic administrative tasks and computer processing of documentation related to their unit/department, according to instructions provided by their supervisor, in order to meet the needs of their internal client. Candidate Requirements ACCIONA in its Water business is seeking a Radio Operator - Data Entry Clerk for corrective maintenance services. Responsibilities:* Receive and register work orders issued by SEDAPAL in the SGIOC system. * Coordinate with Resident Engineers and Supervisors the scheduling of work orders issued by SEDAPAL. * Review the SGIOC system and communicate the work order directly to field crews after coordination with engineers, updating the work orders in SGIOC to the status "In Progress". * Upon completion of work orders in the field, update them in SGIOC, registering them with the status 'Completed'. * Monitor and control the status of jobs assigned to various crews, immediately reporting any irregularities to the Resident Engineer of the Activity. * Register and/or enter into the system the dismantling reports generated by crews for subsequent collection. * Register and/or enter into the system the pavement restoration reports to be executed. * Enter and process the input of work orders into the SGIOC system when required by the relevant department. * Schedule complementary activities such as asphalt patching. * Archive and manage all daily reports from all departments (Distribution, Collection, and Connections) for each day. * Register points in the system for the collection of dismantled materials and poles. * Report emergencies to the Coordinator Engineer, Resident Engineer, and SEDAPAL for appropriate corrective actions. * Immediately report any workplace risks or accidents, properly use PPE and work equipment, ensure personal safety and the well-being of others, and participate in trainings and activities scheduled by the company. Requirements:* Technical degree or graduate in Business Administration, Computing, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. * Experience using the SGIOC system (preferred).
