




Handle and convert into sales all **digital leads** generated by campaigns (Facebook, WhatsApp) and provide personalized attention to **customers who visit the offices to inquire**. Your goal is to ensure **a fast, friendly, and effective experience** from the first contact through to contract closure (Cable TV, Internet, or DUO plans). **Digital Support** * **Respond immediately** to incoming messages from Facebook, WhatsApp. * **Register and classify leads** in the control sheet. * **Verify fiber optic coverage** based on the customer's address. * **Contact via call or WhatsApp** to confirm interest and schedule installation. * **Provide constant follow-up** on leads until the sale is completed. **In-Person Support** 6. **Attend and advise customers visiting the offices** regarding plans, promotions, or installation requirements. 7. **Guide customers with payments, relocations, or plan migrations.** 8. **Coordinate with the technical team** to schedule installations or visits. 9. **Maintain order and record of in-person visits** in the control sheet. **Sales Management** 10. **Submit daily reports** on handled leads, closed sales, and reasons for non-conversion. 11. **Meet sales and follow-up targets** set by the branch.
