





• June 10, 2025 **About the position** ------------------ **Mission** Contribute to the overall success of the Agency Network Department at Caja Cencosud at the Peru level, ensuring that specific objectives, plans, and initiatives are carried out or fulfilled in support of business strategies and goals. Ensure that all activities conducted are performed in accordance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. ### **What do we expect from you?** * University or technical graduate or currently studying in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields * Knowledge in Intangibles Operability * Proficient user of Office software * Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar positions. ### **What challenges will you face?** * Assist the agency manager in case of absence and/or schedule changes. * Support the agency manager in coordinating common actions for the agency's interests. * Support the agency manager with scheduling staff coverage for the agency. * Support the agency manager in controlling attendance of personnel under their charge and coordinate provision of staff supplies. * Supervise presence and uniforms of agency personnel. * Inform the agency manager about maintenance of furniture and equipment. * Manage security of user accounts, passwords, and seals for personnel under supervision. * Complete daily progress traffic lights for sales force production. * Supervise the sale of products assigned in the agency’s objective letter. * Review and verify that information contained in applications is accurate. * Review entry of applications and files for delivered cards. * Control over balancing of valuables. * Review of files entered for requests and claims. * Follow-up on incoming inquiries. * Track responses to requests and claims by the corresponding department. * Execute support actions to improve customer service processes, in coordination with back office departments at the main office. * Perform other related duties assigned by the Agency Manager * Understand Caja's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively carry out effective operations in their respective areas while ensuring suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls in order to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines * Promote a high-performance environment and implement a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team, fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision, values, and business strategy, and managing a succession and development plan for the team.
