**Label Perú S.A.C.**, a company with over 16 years of experience in the graphic industry, is looking for a **Production Operator** to join its team. **Position Purpose** Support the Plant Manager in coordinating, controlling, and reporting production operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and efficiency objectives. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, or related fields. * **Experience:** ≥ 1 year in similar roles within the graphic sector, preferably in flexography. * **Knowledge:** * Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at intermediate–advanced level. * Principles of productivity, process control, and quality methods. * **Personal competencies:** commitment, ethics, results orientation, teamwork, initiative, adaptability to change, organization, and ability to work under pressure. **Key Responsibilities** * Comply with and ensure compliance of the production schedule assigned by the Plant Manager. * Prepare and present daily production progress reports. * Generate statistical reports on productivity, man-machine efficiency, and attendance of assigned personnel. * Schedule shifts and overtime to ensure continuity and anticipation of production. * Motivate and engage the operational team, promoting continuous improvement and achievement of departmental and company goals. **Benefits** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 07:00 – 19:00 Saturday \| 07:00 – 13:00 * **Employment Type:** Full-time. * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,800 (negotiable based on experience). * Learning and development opportunities in a growing plant.
