We are looking for a Cost and Budget Assistant to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and analyze project information to be developed (furniture manufacturing, printing, and services). * Prepare accurate budgets, considering direct and indirect costs, materials, labor, and other resources. * Ensure client quotations are attractive, competitive, and profitable, avoiding overcosting or underestimation. * Coordinate with involved departments to validate time, material, and resource information. * Propose improvements in cost and budget control processes. **Candidate Profile:** * Technical graduate and/or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in cost, budgeting, or similar areas (preferably in production, carpentry, advertising, or services). * Solid knowledge in calculating direct and indirect costs, labor and material valuation. * Intermediate to advanced level in Excel. * Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Service contract for 3 months, followed by hiring under a Mype payroll. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Market-competitive remuneration.
