EXPECTED REQUIREMENTS: -Academic level indifferent (technical or university training in Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering will be valued). -Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the commercial area. -Desirable experience in industrial sector companies or related fields. -Customer prospecting and commercial management. -Customer portfolio maintenance and after-sales follow-up. -Preparation of production orders. -Collection management and customer service. -Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Excel. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Contact, retain, and maintain relationships with the customer portfolio. -Conduct active prospecting and generate new business opportunities. -Answer calls and customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. -Prepare and send production orders to the respective department. -Follow up on collections and ensure payment compliance.
