This is your opportunity to join our team. **Area:** Administration **Reports to:** Administrator **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Lima – Santiago de Surco **Contract Type:** Payroll with all statutory benefits **Salary:** S/ 2,500 to S/ 3,000 (depending on experience and competencies) **Position Objective** Support the recording, control, and analysis of accounting and financial operations for construction projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations, as well as transparency and efficiency in the use of financial resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Record project accounting transactions in established systems. * Control and archive payment receipts, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. * Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash reimbursements. * Participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports. * Verify compliance with tax obligations (VAT, withholdings, deductions, etc.). * Keep mandatory accounting books up to date (purchases, sales, etc.). * Respond to internal and external audit requests. * Support budgetary control and deviation analysis. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding payments, invoicing, and accounts payable follow-up. * Comply with QHSE standards, occupational health and safety regulations, anti-bribery management system (ISO 37001\), and institutional policies. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Essential Requirements** * Technical degree or university graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting roles within the construction sector.** * Proficiency in STARSOFT system. * Knowledge of: * Accounting and tax regulations (VAT, withholdings, deductions). * Bank reconciliations and accounting records. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP), occupational health and safety, and risk management. **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to analyze accounting and financial data. * Responsibility and timeliness. * Confidentiality in handling information. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and adaptability to change. * Ability to work under pressure. **Ready to take on this professional challenge in the construction industry?** Send your CV to: **recursos.jaor@gmail.com** **Email Subject:** *Application for Accounting Assistant – Construction* Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
