Restaurant chain is currently looking for a **SALES POINT ADMINISTRATOR** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must have at least 2 years of experience as an **Administrator/Supervisor in Restaurants and the food service industry.** * Must have completed technical or university studies. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work in **LIMA CENTER** * Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **(Day off: Rotating)** * Immediate inclusion in payroll (Essalud, Retirement Insurance, Family Allowance of S/.113\.00, half of bonus, half of CTS, and 15 vacation days) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently. * Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during each shift. * Monitor compliance with quality standards for food, beverages, and service. * Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations. * Control operating costs such as supplies, labor, and other general expenses. * Review and analyze financial reports to identify improvement opportunities. * Establish budgets and sales targets for the restaurant. * Manage purchasing and inventory, ensuring a good balance between cost and quality. * Guarantee customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing personalized attention.
