We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining our dedication to technological development in Peru. **BILLING AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Requirements** ✨ Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or related fields. ✨ Knowledge of the general regulations on payment vouchers ✨ Intermediate Excel skills ✨ Knowledge of accounting software ✨ 6 months of experience in similar positions **Responsibilities** ✨ Issue payment receipts to clients and sales invoices for employee discounts, re-billing, penalties, interest, or other applicable charges. ✨ Manage delivery of payment receipts to clients ✨ Prepare weekly fixed service billing reports ✨ Daily monitoring of requested and approved fuel card top-ups ✨ Inform each project manager about clients with overdue debts ✨ Manage customer collections. ✨ Weekly reporting to the Treasury Manager on collection status. ✨ Validate on the SUNAT portal honorarium receipts regarding exemptions and reversals for reporting and forwarding to the respective supervisor ✨ Conduct field visits as required. ✨ Weekly submission to SUNAT of electronic withholding vouchers, filing and payment of the PDT RETENCIONES ING. ✨ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. **Benefits** ✨ Full payroll from day one. ✨ Dynamic and collaborative work environment. ✨ Learning opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
