Civil Construction Technician · 4–5 years of experience preparing proposals for earthwork projects, industrial plants, warehouses, paving works, or urban development projects. · Knowledge of resource estimation, direct cost definition, and quantity take-offs. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Office, S10 budgeting module, Delphin Express, MS Project, and AutoCAD. · Prepare and justify technical–economic proposals for various construction project tenders. · Perform unit price analysis and quantity take-offs. · Training Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 3,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
