A consulting company is seeking a Permanent Construction Inspector who meets the following documented requirements and responsibilities: Requirements: * Civil Engineer, graduated and licensed. * 5 years of general experience in supervision and/or residency and/or inspection of educational infrastructure projects. * This professional must be permanently on site. * The professional must reside in Cajamarca. Responsibilities:  Responsible for ensuring the proper progress of the project.  Participate in the review of the Technical File before its approval by the Public Entity.  Review project valuations.  Review the construction logbook.  Issue monthly construction progress reports.  Ensure compliance with project milestones.  Ensure compliance with safety-related matters.  Report or alert about significant events occurring at the site.  Coordinate with the Implementing Unit and the Public Entity to facilitate any procedural process.
