Graduated and registered * 07 years of experience as Site Resident or Construction Manager * Essential certified experience in mining sector projects, earthmoving Responsibilities * Skills to coordinate with different areas (client, suppliers, construction team), manage resources and deadlines, and solve problems. * Experience supervising project execution, including review of drawings, technical specifications, and compliance with standards and regulations. * Commitment to safety and quality in all project phases, including implementation of safety protocols and procedures. * Ability to lead and motivate work teams, assign tasks, and ensure productivity. * Experience reviewing and validating changes in project scope. * Ensure the project proceeds as planned, meeting quality and safety standards. * Coordinate allocation of resources (materials, equipment, personnel) and ensure their timely availability. * Implement and verify quality control procedures, ensuring materials and labor meet specifications. * Apply and supervise compliance with safety regulations, minimizing risks and accidents. * Keep the client and management informed about project progress, including issues and deviations.
