Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Provide engineering support during the construction phase, including technical representation and coordination with the designer to respond to contractor questions related to engineering designs and interpretation of drawings and specifications. * Act as direct liaison between the project's ongoing engineering and the designer, developing low-to-medium complexity engineering to complement the project's engineering. * Provide support on issues of interferences and on-site modifications that may impact construction activities, offering simple solutions for omissions or exclusions in detailed engineering that do not affect the designed operation or process of each system. * Manage changes in design involving modifications in one or more disciplines and having significant impact on execution timelines, ensuring they are properly addressed and consulted with the designer. * Identify and propose solutions to incompatibilities detected during construction between design and site conditions. * Propose optimizations and adjustments to the design based on field conditions, prioritizing practical and effective solutions that do not require detailed engineering. * Prepare field instructions (IDT) to clarify construction aspects and be responsible for the project's IDT log. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on the project. * Perform timely reviews and updates related to changes in field engineering and/or design to ensure proper implementation according to the project's change management system. * Ensure compliance with recording all approved changes according to the change management system. * Respond to inquiries generated during construction related to engineering through RFIs (Request for Information) and maintain control of the project's RFI log. * Provide technical field support and advice to construction supervision and CQA supervision regarding the project's engineering. * Ensure that information is updated to its latest revision. * Participate in the preparation of the final construction project report, meeting quality standards and within established deadlines. * Review and/or sign Red line documents generated by the contractor and/or client and maintain control of the project's red line log. * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor related to project requirements and job responsibilities. * Develop procedures and instructions required to be implemented as part of the field engineering processes. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 7 years of experience in construction projects and/or infrastructure supervision in general. * Preferably experienced in mining sector projects. * Preferably intermediate level English language skills. * Preferably possess a valid driver's license. * Availability to work in Ancash under the required work schedule. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 7**Job Posting** Nov 6, 2025, 12:11:18 AM
