Plan, direct, and control the accounting processes of the project in compliance with internal accounting and financial procedures, as well as current accounting, legal, and tax regulations, in order to provide the Corporation with timely and reliable information for decision-making. **Required Profile** * Licensed and certified Public Accountant. * Postgraduate studies in finance, accounting, or taxation. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar positions, or 10 years in managerial roles leading accounting teams in construction companies. * Experience in internal, external, and SUNAT audit processes. * Proven experience in financial strategic planning. **Required Knowledge** * Solid knowledge of IFRS standards (specialization desirable). * Knowledge of the Chart of Accounts for construction companies. * Proficiency in information systems (S10). * Knowledge of current tax regulations. * Participation in ERP implementation projects (S10, exclusive), process automations, or improvements in accounting processes. * Knowledge and/or experience in taxes and accounting regulations. * Advanced skills in MS Office and ability to manage large volumes of data. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and control the recording and physical supporting documentation of project accounting transactions. * Responsible for preparing the project's monthly financial statements report. * Supervise the preparation of financial statements (monthly and annual), income tax returns, and other tax filings. * Provide continuous assistance and support on tax matters, offering recommendations regarding operations, needs, and projects subject to consultation for various company users. * Advise management on policies and strategies to improve profitability, liquidity, and solvency margins. * Analyze and interpret legal provisions related to taxation and new services or accounting regulations. * Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies such as SUNAT, SUNAFIL, etc. * Prepare and supervise accounting practices in compliance with NIC-IFRS. * Supervise and control the entity's general ledger records, as well as the processing of accounting information and ensure timely submission of financial reports. * Participate in inventory counts of warehouse stock and fixed assets. * Coordinate and carry out invoice issuance to subcontractors for material discounts, supplies, and others. **We Offer**: * Payroll and all statutory benefits. * Health Insurance (EPS) (% negotiable) * Travel allowances (100%) Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,500.00 - S/.9,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have knowledge of S10? * How many years have you worked with S10? * How many years of experience do you have in the construction sector?
